If a meteor landed west of the UK creating a tsunami would Dundee or London be worst affected?

It would depend on how far west and how big of meteor.

Neither would be appreciably affected.

London is simply way too far from the west coast and so is Dundee although to a lesser degree, but Dundee also has mountains in the way.

I agree with Rob.. but if I were to pick one, I would guess that it would hit Dundee with higher waves but London obviously is much bigger with lots more to affect. It is also much further up river which would add some protection. If I had to chose a place to be safer, I would go to London.

Not enough information. How big was the meteor? What speed was the meteor going. What angle did it hit the earth?

For say a meteor or asteroid landed to the west of the UK (to the left), would London be more affected or would dundee, there is alot more land mass between london and the atlantic so I therefore thought Dundee would be worse off??
